Founded in Asheville in 2014 by sisters Aislinn, Morgan, and Thayer Dugan, The Nimble Gardener was born from a shared passion for plants, design, and sustainability. What began as a small, local effort to nurture greener spaces has grown into a full-service garden design and maintenance company known for its creativity, craftsmanship, and care.

Garden Crew Leader- Seasonal-March-November
- Garden Crew Leaders are responsible for managing all aspects of our garden maintenance program to ensure that the gardens and customers are well taken care of. Professional landscape experience required. Valid license and transportation required. $25-$28 depending on experience.

Garden Crew Member- Full Time or Part Time
Seasonal May-November
- Garden crew members are responsible for all aspects of garden maintenance including weeding, pruning, watering, deadheading, fertilizing, mulching, planting, etc. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in the heat. Must have transportation and valid license. $22-$25 depending on experience.
